isn't the m'sian govt's stance dangerous though ? effectively they are creating an opening for protestors to attack with more voracity.
They're basically saying 'if you can prove' that something harms human health, we won't let it go ahead.
Even spending too much time in the sun, overeating or re-using plastic bottles, can 'harm' human health, albeit in a miniscule amount.
my question is, why go there ?
