But, I get the impression that the government is actually trying to dissuade those people who are in the habit of going to the Dr. for "recreational" purposes, or just a "check up", regardless if they are unwell or showing any symptoms of being unwell. e.g.. the government is trying to reduce unnecessary servicing and therefore the burden on the taxpayer through medicare.
Not talking about the genuinely sick. They should get the best of care, regardless of the cost, in my opinion.
