The market cap we show is the most accurate available and is made up of all listed AND unlisted shares on offer, but not options.

April 18th 3B shows 387,406,652 listed shares (item 8)
then at item 9 - UNlisted shares, you have 299,580,035 fully paids escrowed.
Then performance shares and performance rights - 195,000,000 & 55,000,000 & 42,500,000

I'll leave you to hit the calculator to see if all of the last 3 lots are included, but certainly you'd expect to have the two bold numbers added together and multiplied by 4.9c.
Then if you're short, start adding on the performance shares, but not the performance rights?
As they're shown as 'counted' it's very likely they are included in the MC.

We believe this is the fairest Market Cap to show as it gives the whole picture.
It's not fair to show a market cap that doesn't include massive numbers of escrowed shares.
