Yes, it's dramatic, as the techs have it set that I get an electric shock when anyone tags me, and it goes off once every 20 seconds until I respond! Tasering starts after 5 minutes!

I did have a play on the calculator after posting, and saw what it consisted of, but at least everyone knows what's being included now, so they can work it out on other stocks,as we do often show a higher figure than other providers, which gives a batter overall view of shares approved.
If performance shares lapse, they'd presumably put out a cancellation of those shares.
