Only ~2.7M shares are being released, which might be two or three days trade based on previous volumes and that's if they want to dump their entire allotment.
We're also now past 2 weeks from the Director buys (Robert Read and Sandra Hook). Both bought quite a bit on market at higher levels. This means announcements are free to be published.
I'm hoping we creep into the mid 4's and confidently hold there before Christmas. I would imagine the synergies available to MDR, having bought Healthnotes would be relatively easy to integrate and exploit.
Also looking forward to hearing an update on GP Link. MDR scored a huge number of active GPs through the recent acquisition.
