Not sure the transition is going to be a big issue. Customers/clients have welcomed the move and while both parties will no doubt be working on integration, the systems can operate along side each other as they are. They will be careful to look after the interest of their combined customer base and to not mess them about while at the same time ensuring to leverage the existing platforms of both organisations. The organisation will be stronger for it. Maybe down the track there will be seamless integration in one sort of single "product" or "service" but I'd be surprised if they just threw out one system and forced all customers/clients to change their current practices. Also, the services are to a large degree complimentary at this stage. Anyway, just my musings.
