MedAdvisor has commenced a major initiative to allow GPs around Australia to offer various medication related services to patients via the MedAdvisor platform. Macmillan Gold & Associates (MMG) will be the initial primary source for MedAdvisor’s access to GPs. MedAdvisor has entered into the MMG Agreement for this purpose under which it is incentivised for introducing GPs to the Platform.

If MMG can generate revenue of $7M within 2 years of GPLink/HMR commencing they will be awarded 55M shares.
