    Interest news article as it occurred during november last month, about the same time proposed cuts to bulk billing, and doctors were reluctant to refer cases for x-rays.

    Excellent example, of doctor being to scared to refer patients for x-rays, and in-turn nearly killed this woman. Shit is mal-practice.

    GP referral should be back to normal soon, when they realise its better to be safe them sorry.
