Thanks Falcon, my specialist is pretty good,if I'm over the 12 months ,and its vital I need to see him,he's happy to do the paperwork retrospectively,while still able to see me pretty darn quickly.
After this budget,I was thinking about getting an extended referral,which does beg the question,if a condition is chronic,
long-lasting: describes an illness or medical condition that lasts over a long period and sometimes causes a long-term change in the body
with long-term illness: having a particular long-term illness or condition
always present: always present or recurring,
Why a 12 months duration?
