my specialist is pretty good,if I'm over the 12 months ,and its vital I need to see him,he's happy to do the paperwork retrospectively,while still able to see me pretty darn quickly.

do you realise there is a paper trail for everything and to do such an action is fraud against the commonwealth, something medicare takes very seriously. And yes, medicare does do audits.
