It is currently finding its feet again after re-listing at a premium.

I have already jumped in and out for a quick profit...and am watching for another opportunity.

I suspect it might slowly head up towards 35c...where it will probably dag about for a while until some good news comes along.

From the chairmans address to shareholders...

"TechComm Simulation, subsidiary of the giant Japanese automation and services company, Yokogawa Electric Corporation, have committed to a share equity placement for each of GPE’s additional green energy power plants, at an issue price of not less than 35 cents per share."
