    BBP does not have the complicated capital structure that was BBI's undoing, leading to such extreme dilution...

    Any BBP refinance should be good for shareholders (dependent on one's entry point).

    The GPG stake is an important consideration in any negotiation.

    We should know next week....furthermore, (for what it's worth) the BBP chart is not looking too bad either,
