What happened today is that Apogei acquired a completely new tenement called "Mann". It just so happens to be next to GPN tenement in WAT. I wonder who owns these tenements and is selling to the GPN group?
Anyway my point still stands that Apogie (which is 40% owned by GPN) purchased a tenement but did NOT disclose what consideration it paid for it.
It is hard to get excited about a purchase when it is impossible to determine if you got a bargain or ripped off.
I hope this explains today's announcement better.
