You suggesting that the "proposed" acquisition and "proposed" new board is a done deal ????

So you are going to vote on a proposal without having information disclosed to you by the company re: Due Diligence reports, although to which they did say in the previous announcement that all the reports re: Due Diligence, OHD review, strategic review will all be made available for the AGM, and if you look, the AGM is a long time after the General Meeting that is coming up; if these $%$&'s wanted your confidence then they should releasing information..........

What do you expect to have with the "proposed" new management that would be different (King is still on the board, and the largest shareholder) considering that from the announcement of the "proposed" acquisition re: time lines, have already been pushed out if you look at ION Minerals Corporate Presentation versus GPP's announcement.

The only thing being kicked is the share holders!!!
Has the company totally abandoned all aspects of Morabisi?
- Considering the fan fare when the had the initial announcement of the discovery of REE
- Considering that from the previous 2 quarterly, they were only waiting on a governmental sign off on the Kopang prospect, that was from memory "shaved" for GPP and GSM!!!!
- Considering that they have sitting around doing nothing, where is the strategic review of the total business?
- Considering they have been sitting around doing nothing, where is the review of the OHD project, if you bear in mind that this was still very much going ahead from the last quarterly, and that long lead time articles would of needed to be ordered.
- What is happening to SOP, now that the moratorium has been lifted?

With only a cash reserve of $3M - less the quarter admin, consultant fees, and sundry, how are the going to fund any work on the"proposed" tenements, considering that they need in excess of (cash equivalent of $5.2M) to fund all of the "proposed" acquisition projects.
