Yes I do have ongoing complaints lodged with both the ASX and ASIC.....
1: The timing of the second placement (June) that was discounted by 71.5% from the previous placement held only 10 weeks earlier, they had no reason to make the second placement as they had enough funds to progress they objectives - no feedback from the ASX as yet.
2: No disclosure on who the recipients were for either placement - to which the ASX replied that it isn't a legal requirement.
3: The timing of the OHD "failed trials", or more to the point that IMO the company with held information until post the EGM, whereas if they had of disclosed when they received the results it could/would of had a bearing on the outcome of the resolutions voting in favour of ratifying shares and options issued no feedback from the ASX as yet.
4: Company refusing to confirm if the previous OHD results where they made claims of 300% yield increases in heads of wheat or the bok choy results were affected in anyway with Bio-stimulant oil strengths - no feedback from the ASX yet.
5: The second placement was to progress Kopang phase 1, as well as other exploration but it appears they have now thrown everything out and are only working on the "proposed acquisition". - no ASX feedback as yet.
6. Concern with the "proposed acquisition" being in the best interest of share holders, as well as a query as to wether it is a (poorly) disguised RTO and the legalities of such - no ASX feedback as yet.
7: General concern with the company not returning emails as per their Corporate Governance re: open communications with all share holders - no ASX feedback as yet.
8: Concern that the company's announcements are misleading re:
- Rival Greenbushes
- Rival Pilangoora region
- 300% increases in wheat yields
- Major REE discovery
NO ASX feedback as yet.
9: Although I wasn't affected by the Small Share Sale, I lodged a complaint that the payout renumeration was short of what is in their Constitution as well as what was made in their announcements - no ASX feedback as yet.

5 complaints with ASIC, but due to the sensitive nature of some of these, unable to disclose at this present time, but 3 are to do with company financials dating as far back when they listed.
