The message was apparently written by Cameron, but I don't know who distributed it, I didn't receive it.
I sincerely hope Cameron has been involved in decision making. I expect the two POTENTIAL new directors have had discussions with the existing directors along the lines of "How are we going to proceed if the acquisition is approved?" and "What are we going to do if the acquisition (as it stands) is rejected?" I would be very disappointed if they are sitting around (on the couch) doing nothing (but eating donuts) until after the vote. Having said that, I would be concerned if GPP has committed to anything that is dependent on the acquisition, prior to the vote.
