The real reason they were Forced to shut the Power Station is Brown Coal is the Worst
pollution
For instance no overseas country would buy Brown coal from Australia (it is crap) Compared to Black coal doe's not burn good and is very bad for the environment

Just that our dumb Politicians years back (not that anything has improved ) needed a power station and there was brown Coal there at Hazelwood (all be it brown coal ) and they just said ok we will build Power Station here.

Australia has an absolute abundance of black coal and Hazelwood should never have been built.

Now good thing for GPP and Fertilizer is there is a mega supply of brown coal (very cheap as no one wants it ) to be made into Fertilizer

So the perfect scenario a supply side of a product (no one wants ) very cheap that will be turned into Plenty this one >>>>$$$
