Not sure if you read through the workings? Figures assume a final product at 99% water content. So 5.8t of humic material in the 580t with the remainder being water. The limited research I have done suggests that they can reduce the water content by concentrating the solution with a reverse osmosis process. This may be a more practical approach when it comes to product distribution.
