Dano its a possibility for sure. In my area a bore water licence costs about $8000 a meg just to buy the licence. A mate of mine put a bore in 4 years ago 90m deep pumping around 20,000 litres per hr cost him way over $50k. At 20 kl per hr it would take nearly 29 hrs to pump the amount of water J is talking about. I have no intimate knowledge of underground water in the Latrobe valley..... not to mention most bore water can have all sorts of other minerals that might not be suitable. DB
