Remember, for example, the un-necessary useless & somewhat daunting OHD announcements with little content posted straight after positive Li announcements that left us all go "W...T...F?" ?

I had wondered the same previously but I was shot down as I could never think of a reason why low SP would favour management and I was gullible to accept the furfy that could not be the case "because GK himself is the largets SH".

Low SP would indeed suit potential "sophisticated" investors, perhaps including management (?) - albiet indirectly, or "JV" partners (not ordinary SH like me) if they provide the funding in exchange for shares or options.
