I think he doesn't understand how the match price works, and how if there are bids up to 0.038 why it closed at 0.036 not 0.038.
Basically it just takes matches number of shares of highest bids vs lowest sells until it meets at the median price which will be where bids and sells have same monetary value. This is the match price. Then all those shares that matched get traded at this match price at 4.10pm irrespective of the stated bid or sell monetary amounts of those shares.
