As for Mr X, I fail to see how someone asking for clarification could be construed as inferring "fraud" but as I am not a lawyer I couldn't decide, allegedly Mr X has asked HotCopper to peruse his posts to make a judgement.
You want to let it go, but you felt the need to post on the very subject you want to let go............
