I like the prospects of item 6 of your post
Withe the item 3 (shares in ATR that GPP owns) :-
1)Can GPP do an inspecies distribution of these ATR shares on prorata basis for GPP shareholders, otherwise if that's too complex
2)GPP maybe sell down a few ATR shares & use proceeeds to start pumping holes in the ground in 2012 instead of 2013 to prove up the other permits
