Management are shocking at disclosure. EP447 could be worth multiples of current market cap of $3.3m

Trading at less than NTA
- GPP owns shares in ATR/EGP worth $3.6m
- Cash $900,000 as at Nov 2011
- $2.6m coming from sale of EL4877 by mid 2012
Total = $7.1m or NTA per share of 9.7c

So at 4.8c, one is getting EP447 for a Negative 4.9c or in other words for FREE!!!!!!!

The reason to why the market does not know the above is because the board has done its best to not disclose anything. They are very very secretive and potentially in breach of ASX listing rules by not keeping the market informed on material overdue information.

I suggets that all long suffering shareholders go to a recent GPP announcment and call Gerard King (Excecutive Director) on 0418 852 700 & Demand

1. More Disclosure, especially on EP447
2. An in specie distribution of ATR/EGP shares, hence receive back 4.9c per share. Shareholders will still have EP447 and the CTL project + $2.6m cash from EL4877 for FREE
