hopefully they won't need one soon as AEC owe GPP $2.6m over 2012 for the VIC tenement, and EP447 is funded by UIL for seismic and a well, and production license should they hit gas.
They have a very low cash burn, and around $850k cash currently.
The next raising/placement will be for the CTL pilot plant in Vic, which will cost around $40m, so they'll need a partner. They won't raise those funds in a rights issue, way too small a market cap.
We are also waiting on an announcement of the deal with Uni in Texas for the CTL IP they have developed.
