    DFS is on target for release this quarter so the clock is ticking down.

    Definitely the time to buy now IMO, with the dip after the capital raising!

    And 5 yearly elections are in Cambodia this month. If Hun Sen extends his 31 year rule as expected, this gives excellent comfort for Kou Sa project to expand operations.
