Definitely recommend current and potential investors to view the 6 videos. Take-outs for me:
- Increase resource to 1.2 million (achieve 51% share of project) by mid year.
- Work on completing BFS well advanced already and expected by late this year (achieve 75% share of project)
- The base case valuation of 11 cents is based on a number of conservative factors including a resource of 1.2 million ounces, $1200 gold price and productions costs $746 per ounce. The resource total and costs in particular have potential to be better than at this forecast.
- Given the 2 major shareholders it seems very likely that GPR rather than KULA will arrange the project finance meaning achieving 80% of project.
- Exploration potential still untapped and current drilling is just focussing on increasing the resource. Definitely the comments by Ron Heeks in the exploration video are promising as regards potential size of resource.
