GPT has raised 35c per share based on the total shares on issue post the current capital raising.
That puts the value of the SP prior to the October 2008 raising at @ 73c. The VWAP for the month prior to that capital raising was @$1.50
Based on a SP of 73c, which I think is clearly undervalued for that time, if there had been no develeraging the current SP would be @56c after dilution. Based on $1.50 it would be 63c.
Therefore given the market recovery and the deleveraging and sales there is no reason the SP should head down to 35c. It should be at least 65c and heading towards 75c.
IMO the current SP is a steal.
