The other 70% of shareholders have claim to the whole of the business so yes the ownership changes dramatically - ironically in a very good way for small shareholders BUT if this is what transpires the management team are ruined and the business sustainability is in question so here’s hoping all the speculation is incorrect...... Yes it may be a takeover target of the share price tanks but not at its present price......to much risk around revenues and profits - sustainability and growth may not be there so Venture Capital will only pay 10 x earnings for the carcass

The only shares which would be in doubt according to the ASX would be the C shares so that means 10% roughly would be changed NOT 30% as easily met the A and B shares
