Glenno what issues have to made to make Ton spotless, in your opinion.
Apparently to relist after this suspension,new ASX/ASIC rules have come in requiring a Prospectus to issue...again.
A prospectus will or should cover all issues regarding TON's situation, investment "qualities" from positives to risks.
So this will issue, be digested and some weeks after a time period, subscriptions issue and TON relists.
Think that's the system the market dynamic.

It's not like the last Rights Prospectus that had the market open and trading DURING the prospectus period.
But I don't know this for sure,absolutely that there's a prospectus period of some weeks Before any relisting.
It's just what I reckon the time line goes considering the VA 2nd meeting is required to be held before Relisting and I am hoping a Prospectus can issue BEFORE that 2nd VA, be "coordinated" sorta thing for relisting soon after VA handback resolution.

Anyhow be good to get some Announced Reality of the situation rather than piffling droning on about how it could have been different if Brad hadn't been sacked, the Top 20 continued to be issued fortnightly, if 15 cents or even 9 had been fully subscribed, that the extra money raised had not been spent on the Brad JV but instead used to Fix his Brad's Grafex Contract. If only what coulda,shoulda happened.
