    Ckchristian I am not really sure how this would work considering we had this option pre VA. I guess we need to know how much damage is done, how much money is required then a plan moving forward. Who has that? Does Garth? It's all good and properties say this now but perhaps it should've been put forward in a proposal to FH? I just don't know who is actually prepared to put the dollars in when it comes to the crunch.
