SH value has been decimated with incompetent management / incomplete drill holes and a grafex deal that beggars belief... we've been run into the ground!

IMO - at this precise moment in time a CR would be akin to throwing more good money after bad.

the only way that a CR would succeed is
1) if the new directorship was proved to be a good move;
2) that things are progressing beyond the cone of silence and
3) that the resource is proved (beyond a shadow of a doubt) by competent & impartial testing to be excellent.

and even then - you are going to have alot of burnt 'mums and dads' that are going to hightail it out of here the minute we relist (if we relist) - and unless we have insto support ready and willing to soak up the dumpers - then the SP will wind up being under 1c

I cant see any good outcome.
