I was looking through presentation and noted VPC are raising another SPAC, here is an article:

Raising another $USD225M. It will be listed as VIHBU.
VPC is investing a lot of its funds in these and will then earn 2% commission, innovative way to generate revenue.
Mostly will hit PAC accounts in coming financial years.
