Essentially new SPAC's raised $USD250M each, $AUD324M each. Utilising current VPC FUM of $AUD648M, not bad going. Possible 2% sponsor fee for each, assume deal size of $USD2B or $AUD2.6B, revenue generated $AUD52M.
Multiply this by two SPAC's and a total of $AUD104M is the potential revenue for next year from VPC + VPC HoldCo.
Next year is looking pretty good.
