UBS/GS not very good at IPOs, average at best.
If they smart, they set the price in the low $5 bn mark - put the stock in tightly held diamond hands, and get secondary market support to push the price up to the high $7 bn mark off limited liquidity.
If the IPO window doesn't close next few months, and the NASDAQ stop crapping its pants every few days, then we should get a pretty decent float.
The non-deal roadshow was quite well done by Rajiv & co.
