I just received an email from a good friend XXXX who is a certified trader, and he explained that the movement in PWT today reflected the rally in "THE WILLIAMS COMPANIES" (WMB) on the NYSE last night. WMB rallied some 28% on approx. voume of 12,000,000, to close at $3.61. XXXX believes after hours buying showed that the rally will continue tonight. So much for the takeover rumour!!!!!
