Afternoon all , have not posted on Hotcopper for years , it used to be everyday
I'm holding GQG in my SMSF and I have just realised I have not completed the W-8BEN-E , I've never filled out one of these and had a quick look but don't really understand it at all , I had this just one previously and I completely messed the form up , then that company delisted here .
Where do I get the correct form ? How should it be filled out , what are some tips to keep it simple and not make mistakes like last time ?
Appreciate any assistance , please pardon my ignorance , I appreciate I'm too late for this dividend and will wear the 30% .
