Good luck with that LOL. Currently only paying 3 cents per share per annum on a 70% payout ratio providing of course they can maintain it. You really going to be happy with a 5% unfranked yield when you can buy anyone of the big four banks on a 5% fully franked yield right now?
The Hedge fundies might be able to crank it for bit after the drove them so low but they are going to run short of buyers at that level.
