Grace is a moot point for exactly the reason ypu posted. 90/150. Sp is down 120+. Convert that at 250m shares and you can see Grace is not the issue here. Heck 2 sidetracks now wouldnt account for this fall after proteus.
I am just doing math. A fall below 12 month low tells me something's not quite right.
The company would have been better off doing a buyback at these levels.
I agree with your sentiment in not being able to do a deal.
