I am probably older than you and also started work at 15. But my relationship and experience with women probably differs with yours. I have also seen women progress in business while being watched by younger women who think " I want what you have but I am held back because I am a woman". Men have always had to work hard and long to get ahead. Many young women want to jump the queue using their gender as to why they should be able to do that. The labor party is overly endowed with these types. Probably getting another one due to this matter.
