In the final poll of 2021, 46% of respondents said they approved of the prime minister’s performance.
A poll also suggested the Coalition primary vote was 36% in December.

The data suggests that there are many pro-Morrison voters out there, perhaps a third of the voting population.

Prior to the incident, I believe many pro-Morrison voters and those who leaned towards him were indifferent to her or fine with her, but now she has done something to prompt a number of them to judge her, hence we are seeing all the negativity in this thread.

She drew a line in the sand and people will cross it depending on their bias.
I think she chose the wrong strategy if her aim was to unify people.

I doubt her aim was to unify people, more likely an opportunity to express her complete dislike of the inept way Morrison has treated the sexual assault issue. He binned the recommendations from the Sexual Discrimination Commission's findings. His record on these matters is abysmal.
His cabinet call themselves the "swinging dicks". Morrison can't bluff his way any longer. She made very public how she felt about him, and lifted the discussion back into the public domain...you go girl.
