I am convinced that Gradalis will take a license.
If I were Gradalis, moving forward to commercialisation with an air of patent rights uncertainty is not the way I want.
BLT need not take action now or in the near future, but it will happen one day when BLT is cashed up. With so much research being done with DDRNAI, and with gene therapy moving forward, dare I hope that come next year we could see an avalanche of clinical trials with DDRNAI. I would be very surprised if BLT is still a penny stock. It could very well tie in with a cashed up partner in pain therapy. I hope BLT would not have to start ligation against other parties. It's a long drawn out affair, could be too long for us long term holders. Just look how long it has taken CSIRO to take action against the big boys on wifi patents and winning and it's still ongoing. But look, the awesome four (Maxe,Hoyland,Drafter,Coolstock) and etc, are continuing to bring more positive news of BLT's technology and bringing a shine to it.
