Here we go again, "The myth of pounds in the ground".

Correct akq (love your memory, you have quality film) and it is the Millidarcy (md) rating you refer to in relation to permeability. This will prove to be a defining factor with Lance.

Lance has displayed an md rating of over 2400md, economically viable md is generaly regarded as 300md or higher.

Strathmore understands the importance of md, as does James Finch:

"We talked permeability with David Miller about Sky. The Sky property has about eight-fold the permeability of Christensen Ranch, Miller confided. He would know, because he was chief geologist at this ISR uranium operation for four years. Christensen Ranch had 300 millidarcy; Sky has 2500 millidarcy, Miller said.

Millidarcy is used to measure the permeability of a uranium roll front deposit. The higher the darcy (1.0 or greater shows good promise), the more permeable the deposit. "The Nichols Ranch property is located within the Powder River Drainage Basin. The area is of moderate topographic relief with ephemeral surface water drainages to the Powder River to the west. Cottonwood Creek drains the area toward the Powder River.

Recharge to the sands of the Wasatch, are mainly along their outcrops. Flow in the aquifers generally moves to the north along the paleodrainage trend, with a small portion of the groundwater discharging to streams. Aquifer properties are variable due to changes in local lithologies. Average transmissivity within the Nichols Ranch property has been calculated to be 370 gpd/ft or 230 millidarcy.

Facts:

1. PEN has very good economical grades in comparison to others.
2. The grades are getting higher closer to the nose of the roll fronts, as expected.
3. PEN hasn't hit the "nose" of the roll fronts as yet, but already the grades are good and jorc is in.
4. Lance is low cost ISR with very high recoveries indicated.
Lance has an md over 8 times that indicated by there nearby neighbours.

The best for last...

5. Permeability (Millidarcy[md] rating) will prove the defining factor for Lance to the benefit of both PEN and investors.
