and have waited years
would you please inform myself how long this Patience factor should apply for
another year or ?

and yourself how long have you held ?

myself.............. I am no longer interested,
what so ever in these endless gold tales

and NOW I am only interested in the potential of the HPA
and if this came to being a real business in Perth
then it would be a monster money generator in its self
with far less.......... lets call it drama, with approvals etc, eg costs in dollars and time
