I don't think Clive will restart Yabulu, the EPA ,now that they have had a good look at it have already estimated clean-up costs above 800Mln. They will have major restrictions in place that would make it not feasible to run . This is a very old plant built in early 1970's. Clive got it from BHP for basically nothing because of the clean-up costs.
