Now that we know the length of the first intercept at Bollinger, we should start a pre-emptive discussion on what we can expect when it comes to grades.
On the plus side, we seem to be following the same formula as Nova, with the disseminated sulfides overlying the massives. Moreover, there was a report that the core from Bollinger is visually very similar to Nova, and we know that pentlandite and chalcopyrite are present (a good sign for the occurrence of Nickel and Copper respectively).
If I can find a (possible) negative, it would be my observation over the years that, more often than not, there is an inverse relationship between the thickness of the intercept and the grades of mineralization contained within.
If we could AVERAGE, say, 2% Ni equiv across the intercept, it would be an incredible result, but I think we'll more likely get 1% of slightly less....still credible, but not of the quality we've seen at Nova (hope I'm wrong though).
I'd be interested to get the opinions of others on this.
