    Tas.
Your right , GIP Tantalum grades are between 150ppm and 250ppm... I'm not sure SGW have grades of 650ppm as cannot verify that anywhere , but , will bow to the superior knowledge of your mate.
GIP claim the cost of mining 'their' Tantalum will be USD5/lb vs SGW about USD18/lb . This is net of Feldspar/Tin credits I believe.
Still , without any completed BFS (now due mid July) its hard to get a steer on it.
I think the main savings will be in clear open-cast mining vs SGW is not , but could have this wrong also.
Your correct , its not worth alot of research , at this stage its really just a prospect/punt , I have about $20k invested as a punt , pending the release of the BFS.If I like that I'll 'pig in'.
If you or your geo pal want to look further , the website is : www.gippslandltd.com.au
I'd be interested in any further points you can make
    positive or otherwise.
Also (in your sparetime lol) maybe checkout AVA , just took an option on a major coal resource near Perth ... what I like about AVA is having Dr Ian Burston on board and several key insto's also.
After that , you can have the rest of the night off !!LOL ;)
    Cheers,
    SALTY
