Assay results from close-spaced drilling on the Eastern and Central Structures continue to
strengthen and develop in detail a three dimensional resource model.

    Eastern Structure
Two drill sections have indicated that an increase in the grade will occur as a result of
randomly targeting high grade structures with close-spaced drilling. A comparison of
resource calculations made from two sections at Parrot Feathers was made from assay
results before and after recent drilling campaigns (Assay results from drill holes PFRC503 to
    PFRC648).
A 20 metre wide section (Section 48380 North, Refer: Figure 3) indicated an increase in an
uncut grade from 2.7g/t to 3.5g/t. A 10 metre wide section (Section 48490 North, Refer
Figure 4) also increased from an uncut grade of 2.4g/t to 2.6g/t; Refer: Table A.

Drilling has continued and recent assay results not included above are shown in Table B with
drill hole locations in Table C.
At Copperline, 160m south of Parrot Feathers, high grade intercepts continue to be
discovered where the continuity of lode mineralisation has been better defined on a north
northwest grid ie. 330 degrees rather than a northwest grid (Refer: Figure 1). Two main gold
mineralised structures similar in form and orientation to the Parrot Feathers lodes are shown
in section (Refer: Figure 5) confirming the continuation of mineralised structures to the south.
In long section (Refer: Figure 2), the centre of high grade intersections (>1g/t) cluster along
apparent north dipping structures at Parrot Feathers, Copperline and Trial Pit. A south
dipping set of structures (conjugate structures) also can be seen at Parrot Feathers,
Copperline and the Trial Pit. It is interpreted that the intersection of these structures locates
the higher grade gold structures and thicker intersections. At Parrot Feathers the south
dipping conjugate structure or main gold mineralised corridor appears to trend approximately
340 degrees and at Copperline and Trial Pit approximately 330 degrees.
Resource modelling in three dimensional detail for mine feasibility work has not been finalised
and is continuing with a recently appointed resource geologist joining the team.
    Central Structure
Similar geological structural and stratigraphic controls occurring on the Eastern Structure also
occur along the Central Structure. A north northwest gold mineralised corridor transects
metasediments including black shales north of the Neves Prospect and a granite stock
located to the south over a strike distance of approximately 1.3kms.
Drilling has encountered significant gold mineralisation at the New Discovery Prospect (north
of Neves Prospect) associated with the sediment stratigraphy which has folded around in a
west to west-northwest direction from Parrot Feathers. Development of sections using a
north-south grid rather than a north-west grid has improved continuity between sections and
down dip. Preliminary sections and assay results show the presence of two west dipping gold
mineralised horizons reflecting the Eastern Structure gold mineralisation structural controls.
The presence of strong gold mineralisation, alteration and widths of intersections indicates the
Central Structure will significantly increase the resource at Lindsays Project.
Infill RC drilling is continuing rapidly with diamond drilling expected to commence by the
middle of next month adding to the current resource.
