Anyone want to venture a guess as to the grades we may encounter? Or maybe more realistically at least what grades would be acceptable {KCN %} as to make the deposit commercial?
I may be mistaken but if you have the tonnages {as I would speculate that from all available evidence thus far that seems to be the case} then I think that anything above 6 or 7% could be commercial. Price of graphite and flake size important determinants also of determining long term viability at those grades 5-7%. I should also imagine that if the grades are ok then a lot of the initial tonnages mined would be shallow.
I note that the ASX leader in the graphite space in terms of market cap and exploration stage have KCN levels with grades as high as 19%. High tonnages at shallow depths also. Their MC is $480m, ours is 60m. If we can get grades up around that 10% level then we should at least achieve half the MC of SYR. That's a SP of 4x or 65c.
Good risk/reward situation with results expected in a month or so.
