I think the oil price is a big part. The fact that oil is stabilising around $50 with potential upside is lending strength to lots of oilers at the moment.
Every newsletter and commentary I see oil oil is saying it is trending up and could hit crisis point in the next year - I'm sure this is also having an effect.
Almost all of my oilers are up around 20-150% in the last month and I think SAE is on the same trend.
